I drove all the way from Calgary and I am so glad that I did!! They got me in quick and made me feel so taken care of. Friendly smiles and greetings from the most welcoming staff as soon as you walk in! The dentist was so informative and explained out everything clearly and kindly much to my appreciation. Sydney at the front desk was an absolute delight!
Phil was incredible! On my way to Calgary I started experiencing what seemed like overheating issues, and he was able to fit me into his schedule right away. He gave my vehicle a thorough, honest assessment and explained everything clearly. I’m so grateful I chose Hi 5, and especially appreciative of Phil’s knowledge, professionalism, and kindness.
I'm over the moon happy with my experience today. I was on my way home and suddenly my sunroof exploded. Caught me off guard to say the least. I composed myself, brainstormed and found my way to this shop. Dennis was very helpful. I asked for a vacuum cleaner so i could clean up the shards and he said that Dan would do it. I was delighted that I didn't have to monkey around on the roof. (would've looked ridiculous). Dan vacuumed all of it, taped it and asked if i wanted to put a bag over top. I of course said yes as I didn't want anymore issues. He happily patched it up so i could carry on home. In the time being we conversed about another sunroof. He asked If I wanted him to phone around and find me a replacement. I once again was so grateful as I wasn't sure what my next step was going to be. Dan and Dennis must've phoned at least 5 places. It turned out that he had a couple directions for me to use. I just had to wait. So I did. Turns out that I was able to go to a wrecker and purchase a used once for a decent price. Considering that it's thousands to replace at a dealer. I drove off so quick that I forgot to even offer them payment. Silly me. I picked up the sunroof, then turned around to go and offer a payment. And apologize of course. Dan asked me if they switched out the roof's which they hadn't. I didn't ask. I reply with no, they didn't change it out. So he tells me to bring my vehicle in and he says he'd replace if for me. He removes all of this hard work of the patch job and carries on and vacuums more, and takes his time with making sure that it's replaced as good as new. At the end of everything. I asked them how much i owed them, and they said nothing. Wouldn't take anything. I asked them if i could at least give them a hug. So that's what I did. Words can't express just how much this act of kindness warms my heart. There are still good people out there. Many thanks to Starfire Autobody and I look forward to sharing my experience with everyone. I will repay them at some point :)

I hired Lummerding to take care of hail damage to my home a few years ago. They were super fast and professional, I was the first on my block to have the work started and completed. They always showed up when they said they would. The people they employed were efficient.
This month I noticed a small gap in some flashing that hadn’t existed after the work was completed. It was coming away. I emailed Lummerding and asked if they would repair it, unsure of warranty status. They replied that day and said that they would definitely fix it and that they had sent it off to the persons responsible for that part of the job. A couple of days later, the repair was done.
This is an outstanding level of service. I couldn’t be happier with them! I can see why AMA have them on their list of contractors.
The vets are kind and compassionate. We take all our pets here , and today after a fight we a very aggressive type of cancer we had to say good bye to our good boy Troy … the vets were so compassionate and caring and empathetic. They were very respectful both to us and to our beloved Troy. We honestly really appreciate how human and how kind the vets were. Thank you for making this difficult moment a little easier on us and our pets . God bless !
