I love Crystal!! She totally understood me. I came in with my pictures of what I like or think I liked. She gave super great advice and understood my hair colour and my hesitation to do anything dramatic. My hair colour needed some love and just a gentle cut would make a world of difference. She was so right and I am so thankful because I was so ready/ yet very hesitant to cut my long hair and bangs I was growing out. Crystal’s advice and professionalism made me feel pretty again and my husband loves my hair. Many times in the past I have come home from the hair salon and want to redo my hair and hope it will look good when I try to do it.
