Every time we have had to deal with Didsbury vet clinic either booked or in emergency the team there treats our animals like their own. They celebrate the wins with us and share in heart and kindness when it’s tough.
We had a three year old water system go out. I tried calling two other companies and was not able to speak to a person. My first try with ICON landed me a person and an appointment for the same day. Kyle and Jordan were able to fix our issue (it was the pump) and also service our system. Thankful to have our hot water back! ICON provided quick and professional service, and turns out that Kyle lives just down the road!

The staff at Didsbury smiles are amazing - I have severe dental anxiety and they have worked with me over the past few years to overcome my fears to the point that I was finally able to have two of my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. They discussed all options with me prior to the removal and ultimately we landed on laughing gas for my procedure. The procedure and healing process was straightforward and easy. I won’t go anywhere else!

I originally contacted them because I had a gas line sticking straight out from the side of our house by about a foot. With young children around, I felt it was both a safety concern and an eyesore, so I wanted it cut back closer to the house... During the quote process, they suggested installing a BBQ gas box, which I didn't even know existed... It turned out to be a much cleaner, safer, and more professional solution than what I had originally planned...
Sharon, the office manager, was fantastic to deal with from start to finish... The entire process was simple and efficient... I was able to send a couple of photos of the gas line, and they provided me with a quote over the phone without even needing to come out for an initial visit... That level of service and convenience was greatly appreciated...
Before choosing a company, I received several quotes ranging from $450 to over $1,000 for the same work... Not only did Fusion come in at less than half of the lowest quote I received, but their price also included the installation of the BBQ gas box something that none of the other companies had included in their estimates...
When they arrived, there were two technicians a younger gentleman and an older gentleman... The older technician completed the work while the younger technician assisted, and together they made a great team... They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process...
One thing that really stood out was how prepared they were... They arrived with all the proper tools and equipment in their vehicle, so when something unexpected came up, they already had what they needed on hand... There were no delays, extra trips, or excuses just efficient, professional service...
Since the gas had to be shut off during the installation, they made sure my furnace and hot water tank were relit and operating properly before they left... They also wanted to verify my gas fireplace, but I wasn't able to provide access because I had photography backdrops set up in front of it... What really impressed me was that they even asked whether I had a gas dryer to ensure every gas appliance in the home was checked and safe to use... I didn't even know gas dryers existed..! That level of thoroughness and attention to detail went far beyond what I was expecting...
What also stood out was how friendly and respectful they were, especially with my kids while working in our home... It's not often that you find a company that provides excellent customer service, quality workmanship, attention to safety, and pricing that beats the competition by such a large margin...
The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and the entire experience was stress free... I would absolutely recommend Fusion Plumbing and Heating Alberta to anyone looking for honest, professional, reliable, and affordable service...

Really awesome experience, as per the usual, my Dodge had major front end issues and they thoroughly went through it all and repaired what was needed. After getting it back it still had a pretty bad death wobble (not due to their negligence) So I took it back in and they assessed it and fixed it free of charge even they didn’t have to, very much appreciated. Will be using them for all for all my mechanical needs going forward that I can’t tackle.

Dr Gil is hand down one of the kindest men, he listens to one’s concerns. He is willing to go the extra mile for his paitents. If u need someone in your corner in this crazy medical systems he is the one to go too. Even the other doctor forget his name but he too seems good as seen him once when I was stuck and needed quick help. Not often do you get next day service. Plus they have great nurses who are the kindest even when one has a rough day and is not at there best well they got u they are kind and professional. Lastly the clinic is clean and the front staff always welcome you with a smile. It truly is a great clinic
