I love Crystal!! She totally understood me. I came in with my pictures of what I like or think I liked. She gave super great advice and understood my hair colour and my hesitation to do anything dramatic. My hair colour needed some love and just a gentle cut would make a world of difference. She was so right and I am so thankful because I was so ready/ yet very hesitant to cut my long hair and bangs I was growing out. Crystal’s advice and professionalism made me feel pretty again and my husband loves my hair. Since we moved here in Didsbury, I have been looking for a hair salon and luckily I found The Carstairs Hair Company. Their online booking system was so easy to navigate. I booked a consult first with Isabelle for color and haircut, she was really nice and gave me an honest opinion, she listened to what I want to achieve, after that we booked the appointment to get my hair done. Isabelle did a great job with my hair. I was so happy and satisfied with the results. Thank you Isabelle!The salon itself is spacious and bright, the staff are all nice and friendly. Isabelle was great. I needed a good amount taken off and she did a great job with the cut and style. I expressed that I struggled with finding a shampoo and conditioner that actually worked for my hair and she was able to recommend a few products that she thought would work good.I will definitely be returning.
