I have been taking my dog to Jim for almost 3 years. The location is convenient and easy to access. Jim is an awesome groomer who offers practical advice and knows his stuff. Dukie loves going there and always looks and smells fabulous after his groom.

We have been going to Pet Hair Everywhere for a few months now. Both Jim and Taz are awesome. Our English Bulldog loves going there. We just walk in and she’s done before we know it. We are paying less than half of what we previously paid someone else to do her nails. Nothing but good things to say about their business ❤️❤️

Jim & Taz are the best 👌 👍 Always do a fantastic job. If you’re not happy with the grooming done. They appreciate the feedback to know for next time. Always be clear with Jim & Taz on your requirements for your pet's grooming. If you don't, the oweness is on the owner of the pet.

Terrible customer service from Jim. Accused of us not grooming our dog, and attacking us to prove we do. Our dog left shaking from him trying to prove his point, lifting him off the ground by his hair. Clearly not qualified to “groom” all species and willing to put the dog into harms way to prove his point. Not the kinda or person I or my dog will deal with again!
Lack of professionalism is the way you spoke to us and attacked us. You're a service and should be there to help not judge. Your viewpoint is irrelevant we know how our dog was treated and came home. Hope you can do better in the future. Good bye
