I was having a shitty morning, literally because my sewer backed up lol. Scott and Tyson came immediately to my aid and did a wonderful job unplugging the sewer drain and ensured that the blockage was gone. I would give them 10 stars out of five ! Thanks again guys. You’re the BEST!
Apr 9/26: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Julian J. from The Gentlemen Pros today. I initially called for a smart doorbell and thermostat install in my 1979 home, but Julian’s expertise helped me identify and fix several critical safety issues I didn’t even know I had. He found and fixed a broken grounding line (running a beautiful new copper line through to the breaker) and replaced a dangerous back-stabbed switches and an outlet and that was receding into the wall. Julian was incredibly personable, funny, and professional. He answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel pressured, he was adamant that it was my house and my choice every step of the way. I ended up upgrading my kitchen lighting and adding a security light because I trusted his work so much. I even signed up for their membership program because the value and quality are lightyears ahead of what I was getting elsewhere. If you need an electrician in Calgary who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about your home’s safety, ask for Julian! UPDATE (May 8/26): I’m updating my review specifically to shout out Martin K for his incredible work on my new electrical panel installation. Despite a major scheduling mix-up from the utility provider that pushed our start time to the afternoon, Martin handled the chaos like a total pro. He worked efficiently to prep everything so that when the power could finally be cut off, he could hit a very tight window for the city inspector. He made it under the wire, got the pass, and had my power back on much faster than expected. Beyond the panel and the new Clean Volt surge protector (which he took the time to explain thoroughly), he even went the extra mile to fix a persistent power issue with my Google Nest thermostat. It turned out to be a wiring quirk in the furnace from the HVAC install, but he sorted it out quickly, and it's back to normal without power errors! If you want someone who is technically brilliant, calm under pressure, and honest about what you actually need, ask for Martin.

I've had a few stylists here over the years, because the bookings are accommodating and I can often get in last minute. This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review, because Lana is AMAZING.
I'm a femme presenting person that has short hair, and in the last ten years I have never had a stylist that did as good a job as Lana-if you need a barber type cut, she's your lady! It's the first time I've ever had a stylist where I neeeever have to go back and trim the lil hairs behind my ears (they get stuck under my glasses). The edges of every cut are immaculate, and while we sometimes need to take a little more time communicating because English is her 4th language, I am bloooown away by the results every time! Don't let the 'apprentice' put you off, she's an incredibly experienced stylist in her home country and that level of professional knowledge absolutely shows in every visit:)

Kate listens to what I envision my nails to be and takes her time to ensure Im happy with the outcome. She has a great selection of colours and is very talented with artistic looks! She also provides a very hygienic and calming atmosphere.

Well, she is smart and HANDS DOWN the MOST SKILLED and experienced hair stylist I have ever had. My dark brown colour is so rich and my cut is stylish & flowing.
She educated me during my appointment on colour chemistry, to cut techniques and styling products.

Furnace quite Dec.29 2024, called December 30,2024 in morning said would call back. Recalled after lunch to check on status. Arrived around 1 pm. Professional, efficient , diagnosed problem right away, retrieved part and installed quickly.
