I picked up a new machine today at the Camrose store. Natasha went over everything with me and was able to answer any questions I had. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff Thank you.
I have had the pleasure of attending ARC in the Camrose location several times. Natasha provided excellent care each time with thorough explanations and compassion and concern for my situations. I appreciated her expertise and knowledge and commend her on her work ethic. I look forward to the next time I will be able to receive her professional help.
Would like to take a moment to recognize Barbara and her amazing staff at Advanced Respiratory Care in Sherwood Park, for going above and beyond on the level of care. I was there asking questions about my cpap equipment. Barbara was so happy to answer all my questions and truly showed so much kindness and care to the next level. I was greatly taken by surprise with the level of care I was in tears. Thank you Barbara and your awesome team there for outstanding patient care. This day will never be forgotten! <3
