I recently had the misfortune of asking my new inverter to do something it apparently was not designed for. On being directed to the warranty shop conveniently located nearby, I dropped the unit off for investigation and repair. The service provided by Whatever Repairs and Services Inc. was stellar. Everything was taken care of on my behalf and, in the end, I received a replacement unit (thank you, Firman). Look no further than Calmar for excellent/knowledgeable service and representation.
