The whirlybird vent blew right off my roof one day. I called Nathan and he came that same day to look at it, and installed a temp patch. My shingles were decades old, so rather than replace just the vent, I asked for a quote to replace it all, shingles, vents, etc. Within a couple days I had a roof plan drawing, and detailed estimates for several different materials options.
The job just wrapped up a couple days ago (May, 2026) , and I could hardly be happier. The care taken, and attention to detail are great. Nathan and his crew did a really, really nice job. I did some roofing in the 80's when I was younger (it's a young man's game!) and I recognize good technique, materials and workmanship. It's all there in this job. Also, cleanup was excellent, and everyone I had contact with was courteous.
For several years now, I've had back of mind worry about my old roof that I knew was well past it's best before date. A new roof isn't cheap, but it's a lot cheaper than a new house if your roof fails, and a lot less agonizing than worrying about an old roof. Now I feel I have a great roof and the peace of mind that goes with it. Thanks Nathan!
If I could give this business a 10 star review, I would. You don't get service like this anymore. Genuine honest and trustworthy business and business practices. Gord went above and beyond, for me. I needed new tires on my boat trailer, and I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me, after the 4 tires got swapped, out. Gord closes at 5 pm and actually stayed after hours to help me. You dont see this with business anymore. He cares about his business, and more importantly cares about his customers. Great guy, extremely knowledgeable professional and milright by trade, I have not stopped talking about him to all my friends. He went above and beyond anyone could ask for. Oh and his prices are so great, I actually couldn't beleive it. I will recommend this bussiness to anyone, as long as he and his wife own it. Great people period. Thank you Gord.
