“I needed a small upgrade (larger gate) to my larger Rite-way fencing layout that is on a property we just bought. Even thought my project was tiny relative to the vastly larger projects that RW does, they treated me just like I was a big customer. This says a lot for their professionalism and integrity. It started with Dan in sales, and then my next interaction was with the shipping guys. All were great and extremely helpful. Additionally; Their product (in this case chain link) is vastly superior to the stuff you buy at the lumber/hardware stores. Much heavier gauge material, bigger diameter posts/rails and a finish that looks like it will last for 50 years. FCF was very quick in responding to our requests with Mark and Andrew showing up that very day we called and analyzing our needs with a quote that was hundreds of dollars below a competitor. The work done was quick and efficient while paying attention to detail, while no corners were cut to save time or energy. “Great experience with Steve. We had an automated gate installed by another company in town a few years back. When we phoned to pay for a service call to get the gate fixed, they very rudely told us they don't do service and to go to a different company. We called Phoenix and they sent Steve out who had us up and running in an hour. We have sent many referrals to the OTHER company, they will not get a single one moving forward as the service is awful and the owner is extremely arrogant and rude. Highly recommend Phoenix Fence“

“Demolished unfinished basement and rebuilt into lovely living space, bathroom and craft room. Furnaces replaced, wiring redone, extensive cabinets built. Incredibly happy with the final result. Darwin was easy to communicate with and responsive to handling complications. Crews were professional and very pleasant. Had issues with some premature paint cracking once basement was completed and Darwin made sure the issue was fixed without a fuss. Quality work. Would recommend!“
