Zia Auto took care of my Ford Escape 2014 with several repairs such as installing a new door lock, sway bar link, replacing a mirror jacket etc in the most professional manner, surpassing my expectation. Normally when a mechanic sees a woman, they give their diagnostic using jargon that most women do not understand, hence living them totally at the mercy of the mechanic. Zia had a very transparent approach and explained the repairs in simple and concrete sequential manner, using a layman's narrative with his calm disposition. We started dealing with Zia Automotive Services about a year ago. They have provided the best mechanic experience for me so far. Zia is amazing person and outstanding mechanic, provide highest level of customer service with a big smile. We love working with them and they are highly recommended - will not disappoint you.

Bought a Groupon for oil change at a great price and they replaced my oil and did an inspection and seemed like an honest shop which didn’t try and oversell me on tons of things I need to get done on my car. Would definitely recommend them ?
