Zia Auto took care of my Ford Escape 2014 with several repairs such as installing a new door lock, sway bar link, replacing a mirror jacket etc in the most professional manner, surpassing my expectation. Normally when a mechanic sees a woman, they give their diagnostic using jargon that most women do not understand, hence living them totally at the mercy of the mechanic. Zia had a very transparent approach and explained the repairs in simple and concrete sequential manner, using a layman's narrative with his calm disposition. Most important he put all options that were at my disposal such repairs that need to be taken care of sooner while others could wait, if I so wished. A courtesy ride was provided while my car was under repair for few hours, Ardiana, a very competent and multitask staff took care of all other logistics to make sure that we had a positive experience.
