About Chinook Auto Repair
Chinook Auto Repair is known for its exceptional service and quality workmanship. Customers appreciate the significant savings on parts and labor compared to dealership quotes, making it a trusted choice for car repairs. They are very knowledgeable and honest, always taking the time to explain repairs in detail and offering the best options to fix vehicles so they run a lifetime. The team, including mechanic Waheed, consistently provides fair prices and quick service, sometimes even same day if called early. They focus on getting the job done right the first time, often saving customers money—such as going out of their way to find needed parts without extra costs. Their service extends beyond automotive repairs; their upholstery service, CR Techniques, has also received praise for outstanding sofa repair work. The owner’s hands-on approach and willingness to offer advice on furniture care leave a positive impression. Overall, Chinook Auto Repair is highly recommended for both automotive and upholstery needs.
I only spoke with Eddie over the phone regarding two separate issues, but I was extremely impressed. He came across as honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear to earn my business. He was transparent about the repairs that were needed, realistic about the timeline, and even referred me to another shop that was better suited to my needs. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.
I've gotten my older vehicle that needs more time and care fixed with John and his mechanic Waheed multiple times now. Very fair prices. These guys know cars very well and always give you the best options to fix your vehicle so it runs a lifetime. They don't try to upsell anything and actually try saving you money, as John went out of his way himself once to get me a part I needed, where he could've sent me to pay premium at a dealership instead. Tell me another place that does this! They always do a great job at having your car fixed and ready by time given, sometimes even same day if you call early. Highly recommend!
I've always been impressed with the exceptional service at Chinook Auto Repair. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They take the time to explain the repairs in detail, and their prices are fair and competitive. What really sets them apart, though, is their commitment to getting it right the first time. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop, look no further than Chinook Auto Repair. Five stars and highly recommended!
