What should have been a straightforward iPhone screen repair under Apple Care, turned into a 2 day, 3 appointment fiasco for my 17 year old. He booked 1st visit, went in and was told he needed proof of purchase despite iphone directly linked to his account and apple care purchased under his name/account. He called me from store, caught me at work. I forward him the purchase order from my email as I bought it for him under my account, and I get back to work. He comes home with his broken phone. Apparently the purchase order, with all details, S/N etc was insufficient, they want the actual invoice from within my Apple account. Of course I can't seem to get into my account… read full review

I visited this store to buy an iPad Air for my studies, along with a Magic Keyboard and an Apple Pencil Pro. As soon as I walked in, a male employee immediately helped me( I actually regret not getting his name) He explained everything so kindly and thoroughly, which led me to make the purchase right on the spot. I know some people mentioned having bad experiences in the reviews, but personally, I had an extremely satisfying visit.

My phone was stolen when I was volunteering at PLH. I was very distraught to say the least. When I went to Market Mall Apple Store I met with Cyrus. When I’m distraught I do act like I’m aggressive Cyrus went out of his way to calmly talk to me so I could safely close down my accounts. June 12; 2026. Im a senior and Cyrus was amazing with me.
