Outstanding staff and vets! I'd like to extend a HUGE shout out to Elana for initiating an appeal on our behalf when Trupanion refused to cover Periodontal disease x-rays and cleaning, an extraction for our dog, Biscuit. They said that we didn't do it within 3 months of our vet's recommendation. Elana went the extra mile and went to bat for us without us even asking her to! Because of her appeal, we got about $2300/$2900 covered because she's just amazing and next level st her job!!! Thank you, Elana! 🥰

Also thank you Dr. MacKenzie, Tracy and Dr. Pang for taking amazing care of our boy!

Dr. Nagy was so compassionate and informative when I brought my sweet cat in. She took the time to explain everything and showed me how to administer his meds. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Much appreciation!💜
