I had the pleasure of attending the WJ University session on the Art and Science of Marketing today. I went as a representative of AIESEC, an international non-profit organization run by university students in over 100 countries. My original thinking was that our marketing needs for the University of Calgary were too different from WJ's conventional clients for the session to be of much help. However, after the presentation, I could clearly see the weaknesses in AIESEC's marketing efforts and went home with several tangible ideas which will be implemented before the end of 2017. Shout out to Ryan Townsend for delivering the amazing presentation. The structured approach and real life success stories made it very evident to me that WJ is extremely customer-centric and does not compromise its values. Thanks again for hosting.
