We are super pleased that we decided to go with Williams home comfort. Chris was our sales rep. He was very friendly and gave us a couple of brands to choose from. Once he left, I research the furnace we decided to go with, the Diakin modulating furnace, and he was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Josh and Tony were the ones who did our install. I loved meeting them. Super friendly and respectful. Before getting started with the install, they went through the quote and explained everything they would be doing. Once they completed the install, they did a walk-through with us explained how everything works, from the furnace to the humidifier and thermostat.... read full review
Williams Home Comfort has been fantastic to deal with right from the start. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Jake the employee dispatched to do the work at my place has been nothing but great by giving excellent customer service and being very professional, polite and friendly the entire time. Always left with a sense that I get what I pay for, which is very reasonable costs. I would highly recommend Williams Home Comfort time and time again!
Very friendly easy to talk to and Chandler was quick to resolve the issue!! Very happy with their service! Anything else happens, this will be my first call!!!
