It is readily apparent that everyone at Westmount is committed to excellent care and customer service. Izzy is always treated with tenderness and love and we come away from each visit knowing we're in good hands. Keep up the high standards!

Westmount Animal Clinic was able to get is in for an emergency visit when our regular vet was fully booked. They were friendly and great to work with. They gave us clear information and options without making any assumptions or pressuring us to do more than we needed. They even following up after the appointment to make sure things were improving. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I'd highly recommend them if you live in the area!

We are always so happy with the care we receive at this Animal Clinic. Our very social cat is so comfortable and happy there and loves all the cuddles she gets from the staff. Procedures, medications, and costs are always explained to us in a way we understand and communication is quick and helpful when we ask questions or need an appointment. If it says anything, it takes two of us normally to get her into her crate and when we picked her up the other day she very willingly and comfortably went into said crate for the vet tech.
