Great experience with this clinic! They took care of my cat and treated it like it was their own. The Receptionist/Office Manager is so sweet and clearly loves animals. Only place i trust with my baby!
I wrote this review a while back and have recently been back to the clinic. Now that their Springbank location has closed, I am not sure what is happening at this clinic. The staff is so rude, disorganized and truly has no clue what is going on. I believe they have taken on more than they can handle. We have taken our pets here since this clinic opened in the former location. They have always been kind. Our dog passed away at home and they let us bring her into a special room to sit with her to say goodbye. We appreciate the kindness and consideration. Thank you!
I had a great experience with West Springs Vet Clinic. They took exceptional care of my cat and clearly explained all the treatment options.
