We ended up at Country Hills VW after speaking to another dealer. We had a car in mind but were not looking at purchasing that day, however John Faul and the team did a great job of presenting us with a car that fitted our budget and taste.
It has been 15 years since we have purchased a new vehicle and with lots of bad rep given to dealerships and sales reps we were apprehensive.
Kudos to this dealership as the experience was top notch. We never felt like we were being pressured or being ripped off.
Truly a 5 star experience for us both. Let’s hope our new Atlas lives up to the buying experience at Country Hills VW.

Even though our VW is a 2013 Passat TDI Country Hills VW preformed the recall work without any questions.
I might mention that this is our first VW vehicle - we purchased it 2 years ago and this was our first experience with the dealership.
First impressions:
Dealership overall impressions was very impressive - it was clean and all the people we met were cordial and profession in the manner in which they interacted with us.
Service:
Ready on time. The vehicle was waiting for us in a protected customer pick up area.
Surprises:
They had washed the vehicle and it looked like it had received a quick polish.
