Ida truly looks out for her customers. She is very professional and passionate about her work. My skin has got much better with her help. And she never gave me the hard sell that made me very comfortable going back. Her shop is so cute and cozy and is so relaxing to visit.

I still remember during my first facial appointment with Ida she spotted the cause of my skin redness within seconds and suggested a daily skin cleansing routine change for me. Ever since then my skin has been looking even better.Ida is very thorough in what she does. I especially enjoyed her doing deep cleaning on my face. She never sells me on anything. Only answer my questions regarding my skins concerns with her professional knowledge when she is asked.On top of this, Ida is a very friendly and nice person, very easy to talk to.Oh and her new spa location is so nice! I've been going to Ida for almost 4 years, and my skin has never been better! Ida is knowledgeable, patient, and honest, I trust her 100%. I'm always impressed by her professionalism and passion on skin care; she communicates clearly and she is fun to talk to! Ida is a hardworking lady and I truly admire her work ethics. I enjoy each visit to her spa, which is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The location is convenient, with underground parking and lots of street parking. If you want the best quality of skin care with professional service and fair price, I highly recommend going to Ida!
