What to say about this dealership? Well, it was singlehandedly the best experience I have had with a Sales department at a Dealership EVER! Shout out to Kyle Estrella for being an amazing salesman and specialist and for making us feel welcomed and important. Shout out to Rashan the Finance Manager as well, as he was also amazing! After having a horrible experience at a competing Dodge Dealership (Cochrane Dodge - worst dealership EVER), we turned to Country Hills Crystler for a vehicle that we had almost purchased at the competing dealership. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Instead of taking or existing vehicle for a trade, they suggested I sell it privately and I made a lot more money on said vehicle. They also didn't have the same pressure tactics as other dealerships have and focused on informing us as consumers. I bought my first Jeep today from Jesse. It was a fantastic experience. He came in to work early just to meet my schedule and was super easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and a cheerful guy to work with. The deal went quickly without a hitch. I also appreciated working with Kanen the finance manager who was a zero pressure, striaght shooter when it came to buttoning up all of the details of the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
