I owned a Volvo back in the early 2010s - Richard was my salesperson then, and it was so great seeing him as the GM now - and it made me even more happy to be back with the brand. We had a great experience at Volvo of Valentine. Our last vehicle purchase elsewhere was awful, so we were a bit hesitant going in, but the staff here completely changed that experience for us.
Yuriy Zaviiskyy, my wife’s salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and never pushy. Everything was straightforward and honest. The price advertised was exactly the price we paid, which was a refreshing change from what we have dealt with in the past.
If this is the level of service they consistently provide, it is easy to see why Valentine has been around for 30 years. Highly recommended.
