Monica and Sebastian, + Trevor and team in the back have been great for service. They take the time to listen to your concerns and work to resolve issues. My XC 90 has been a great vehicle, the whole experience has been great with everyone at the dealership.
I like there appt reminders, videos from the technicians and how the advisors text you throughout the day. It’s so much more efficient, especially if you’re in a meeting at work.
The only negative is it can take a while to get an appt.

Was looking for a certain type of car and after a few months they were able to find one that I wanted. They took the time to show how the car functions worked and the whole transaction was seamless.
