They replaced our siding and the vinyl just started falling off the house after 3 years. They told us this was normal wear and tear and that we had to pay them to even come and look at the issue despite the fact that they advertise free estimates. Their “extended warranty” and workmanship is garbage. Don’t hire them.
Had Urban Siding out to our property after the nasty hailstorm in 2020, no problems at the time and they were fantastic. 3 years later, we had a panel fall off the house just below the eave. First they claimed they wouldnt fix it because the house was sold and the warranty didnt transfer. (We didnt move) Then they refused to repair it, and insisted we pay for a quote as well as the cost of repair, despite advertising free quotes and extended warrantees. This was not normal wear and tear, as this piece of siding is protected by the overhang of the roof. Very disappointed with the lack of service and workmanship. Will NOT be recommending to friends and family.
