The Urban Piping team started replacing all the poly B in my home on July 7/25. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they all were. Right from the start at covering my floors and anywhere that could get dirty. It took 2.5 days to finish all the poly B and that afternoon the drywallers came and patched the cuts in the walls and ceilings. It was all very impressive at how fast and efficient they all were. A day to dry and then the last day for painting and cleanup. One thing that was most impressive for me; my house is 32 years old with the old type popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend Urban Piping! They replaced my Poly-B pipes and also installed a water softener. The team was fantastic from start to finish - I can't say enough great things about this company. Graham is extremely knowledgeable about Poly-B, and thoroughly reviewed all of the service options with me. I’m very pleased to have hired his crew and now have high-end PEX piping in my home.
Ben was very accessible by phone, managed to schedule the work much earlier than I expected, and even checked in on the day to make sure everything was going smoothly.
