On Jan 31 2024 @ 1021, I attempted to set up an appointment with one of your professional hairstylists, asking for one by name.This is said conversation.Good morning. Is there any chance that I can set up an appointment with ___________.He/She no longer works here.A 15 -20 second dead air with nothing further.My response was OH okay, and I hung up.I went elsewhere after almost 7 years as a customer. Not impressed by the haircut. She was unprofessional. She did not even clean the hair off the floor that was left from her client before me. And she wanted me to sit in the seat and I did not want to get hair in my sandals. I have never experienced that at any other salon so I didnt like that. She didnt do as much layers as I wanted.

I asked her to trim up my ends but keep the length.. she basically combed my hair back and cut it straight.. I've had worse cuts but fat better as well.Not a fan of having yo wear a mask.. if I was sick I would stay home and making you have to buy one is not appreciated.. if you want your customers to wear one.. provide one.. I dont have to wear one when shopping.So if you want me to wear one.. you supply it.. I dont want to have to pay for it
