We hire Lucas and his team in August 2022 to inspect a home in Bowness built in the 50s. I am writing this review almost a year later and we have had zero issues with our home. The experience with TWENTY20 was a breeze for the following reasons: 1. The appointment: Communication with Lucas was pleasant, he fit us in quickly, and always spoke to us in layman's terms. 2. Post-inspection report: We were provided with a thorough, logically-sequenced, and visually-appealing report on all aspects that were inspected. The report itself was beautifully laid out in a pamphlet like document including visuals, footnotes, etc - which was easy on the eyes and well suited to visual learners. It included detailed photos taken during the inspection, as well as a colonoscopy-type probe VIDEO of the pipes!!! In each section, there were also recommendations on how soon/whether or not something needed to be fixed, contractors we could use to remedy the problem, possible causes for said problems etc. 3. The cost: We found the cost to be very reasonable given TWENTY20's expertise: This company is made of individuals with intimate knowledge and experience of the home-building industry, so they know their trade and its transfers beautifully to the home inspection side of things. The team's own confidence in their trade inspired confidence in the purchase of my first home. Overall, excellent experience, and I will definitely go with you again. Thank you Twenty20 :)
Todd and his team were absolutely amazing. They covered the house in so much detail and we walked away with an extremely detailed manual of how to maintain our new house going forward. They took their time to explain everything and checked things that other inspectors may look over. We couldn’t be more thankful
