Recently had an inspection on a house as a condition of purchase. Kevin was very thorough, and he explained the scope of the inspection. He took time after to walk us through the house and show us everything he had found, what needed further investigation, and what potential work was a priority. Very happy with the experience and would recommend. The online portal for contract/invoice:payment/download of report was easy to use and convenient.
Had a great experience with AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service for our pre and post retrofit assessment. The process was smooth, professional, and well explained throughout. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend their services.
Inspector very knowledgeable and well tooled to do his job. Very thorough look at all aspects of the property and tested everything.
Quite personable and explained exactly what issues he found and made sure I clearly understood everything before he left the property.
Highly recommend.
