Week ago, heating system doesn't work. T&M sent the technician Mark come to fix it. He done the great job. I'm appreciate and would like to say thank you to Mark. Take good care.

Learn to have better communication, was told they needed someone to come check my unit and never even called to finish up that message.
I had to call the dispatch team. If you need repairs I wouldn’t go for someone that can’t stay on top of simple communications.
