Ian was with very good observations of every item in the house and very detailed on the explanation of issues or quality of the inspected item. He gave us very good suggestion of what to do if we have any issue with some of the appliances. Thank you Ian

Ian was great- would highly recommend. Ian took his time, explained everything in great details and sent the report back to us within a few hours. We also booked the inspection rather last minute and Ian was happy to fit us into his schedule.

I had requested a pre-sale home inspection in early June. The business owner Ian was professional and he has been very responsive to all the questions we have. The inspection was done professionally and he answered all our questions on the spot and had also provided constructive advices. A detailed report on the inspection was shared on the same day. Overall we had a pleasant experience on the service received.
