Used them for two home inspections. In both instances, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, walked through main issues, great communication, on time, excellent report with photos, quick email response to my follow up questions, easy online booking, and offered trade recommendations. Aaron is a great communicator! His explanations were clear and thorough. He went through my 'potential' home with a fine toothed comb and uncovered 2 plumbing issues that needed to be addressed by the seller before the real estate deal closed.
