I found staff here are unresponsible and the least friendliness I can say. I buy something simple like this in plumbing and it took me more than 30m to get it done even though I asked for help right away when I walked in the store. In the past, whenever I buy logs or wood panel there, there is another guy who is the terrible store member that never wants to help. When you hire people just for $, that is the attitude they give, they don't care about job or work ethic at all
