I walked in yesterday to feel like I was in that big country in the east. Not one of those many employees even batted an eye at me or asked if I needed help. The only reason I gave it three stars was the incredibly great help two Canadian employees gave me. Even at the registers, the two male TFW's just stood there talking to each other. Home Depot is a sell out company just like tim hortons.

We were helped by Yuan at Home Depot regarding an issue with a purchase we had made, and the experience was outstanding. She went out of her way with incredible professionalism and kindness to help us resolve the problem. Thanks to her efforts, we are extremely happy with the results and the solution she provided. Yuan was patient, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Customer service like this makes such a difference. I can’t recommend this Home Depot location enough. Truly, Yuan, you are a star!

My partner and I recently went to this location as we were having problems with our dishwasher from IKEA. We went in for advice on whether the issue with it could be fixed or if it was best to buy a new one. Todd in appliances was extremely knowledgeable and once we realized we would need a new one he gave us extremely unbiased and honest advice on which dishwasher would be best for our needs and budget. It was probably of the best customer service experience we have ever had! We also listened to him help multiple other customers with enthusiasm and kindness. We will not hesitate to come back to this location. Thanks Todd!
