I came in at 30 mins before closing and purchased 4 windows and wood shims.I had forgot my wood shims in my shopping buggy and i didnt notice until i was home.Called at 758 and Ethan in customer service picked up at 7:59! I had told him i forgot my wood shims , and he asked my where my buggy was and that he would place them at customer service for me to retrieve the next buisness dayHe went above and beyond customer service ! Absolute gem of a employee! All your employees should strive for the same level of customer service!!Not only did he anser right at closing time but he saved my items! Thank you ethan!

This place has pretty awesome customer service actually. They are so good here it almost feels strange.My last visit was awesome, much respect to John L. For going over and above with our Christmas tree purchase.

Had a really great experience at this location in regards to customer service. Jason one of the managers, went above and beyond to help me, and I would highly recommend this store simply because of the way he treats his customers.Thanks again Jason!
