Just had my first ever chemical peel with Jess! I can’t say enough about this treatment! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I was nervous going in but she talked me through everything and made it so comfortable and relaxing! See you in 4 weeks for my next one! ☺️

I have been seeing Kelsey for facial hair removal. She is very professional and friendly. She answers all my questions and explains everything she is doing. I could not be happier with my treatments. The shop is spotless and everyone is extremely concerned about sterile technique. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Hair Free Laser Institute.

I was coming here and I saw the result, really good ones Sheena was so professional, after she left the free hair institute, everything became just a waste of money…. Girls are awesome, but I had 2 time girls changing, and it is like paying for first time, then they change machine and it was more wasting money. Never coming here anymore. Just learn everything about procedure, so you can actually tell them what they doing wrong…

I've been for laser removal to several other places and this place was BY FAR the best (Sydney is very good). Finding somewhere that does men's hair removal can be difficult. Would highly recommend this place / Sydney.

Sheena is the aesthetician at this location and she is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel pampered and cared for, is knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions, and so easy to talk to! Whenever I have a question about my treatment, Sheena is always able to answer it and we adjust according to my needs.
The clinic shares a space inside STAX, on the second floor. It may be a bit tricky to find on your first time going but no issues after that. It's always clean and my appointments are always comfortable.
I always look forward to my appointments with Sheena!
