Very professional and efficient. Martin K. was very informative & did a great job. Time was taken to ensure minimal destruction and/or damage to current drywall to get the job done. Also I appreciated that there was no mess left behind.
Rob and Andre(apologize if wrong spelling) were at my place November 20 to install a new water softener and take away the old one. I have to say that I have never had such great service as they provided. Everything was explained as what was going to be installed and the upfront price was reduced as they found a better and lower priced softener. I felt like I was talking to people that I had known for along time. Will definitely recommend Gentleman Pros. Thanks so much
I had an impromptu appointment scheduled today and they sent the best technician. Theo was incredibly warm, transparent, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took his time answering all our questions and made sure we fully understood everything. Truly exceptional service.
