We had The Drain Doctor come out for some servicing. It was not a pressing matter, but they were able to have someone come out before the day was out. Mark was the technician we had, and he was both professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend The Drain Doctor for all your drain issues.

We just had Colby from the Drain Doctor come to do some emergency plumbing. He was amazing and super professional. He was able to handle all the little hiccups very well and communicated things nicely. I would absolutely work with Colby again and by extension the Drain Doctor.

Drain Dr was dispatched from my condo management company last night (on a Sunday evening) due to a plugged drain in my utility room. Kyle was SUPERB. Very prompt and great communication. Extremely professional. Diagnosed the problem immediately (which was an issue in the main lines, under the driveway thru a city manhole). He kept me in the loop every step of the way, had a Vac Truck on-site within 90 minutes, and then followed up in my townhouse to make sure everything was cleared. On a Sunday night, everything was taken care of within 3 hours total.
