The gentleman that took down the blinds was lovely and the gentleman who installed the blinds was also a delight. Both men were very professional, polite and very nice. The blinds came back looking brand new.

My blinds are a bit older and they were not sure they had parts, but they came to have a look anyway. They removed them and were able to find the right parts and a week later they returned to reinstall them. Very good service. Excellent use of texting for communication.
