Absolutely love our hot tub we purchased from SunSpa. Great showroom experience, excellent customer service and communication, and installation was perfect. These guys are an amazing small business that have been around for many years and you can honestly see that when they deal with the customer. I would say by far the most important thing to note is the fact that they know their products and have in house service if needed. Our entire experience at Sunspa from start to finish was fabulous!!! We would recommend buying from SunSpa if you are in the market for a hot tub.
When we started shopping for a hottub we heard about the great service from Sun Spa. Even a competitor hottub company we spoke to commended Sun Spa. From the time we walked into the store Ty and Kyle were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up buying our hottub from them and have had incredible service to this day. They did a service call when we had questions about the lid. Without notice they showed up and replaced the lid, no questions asked. We recommend Sun Spa to everyone, hands down best service in town!! Keep it up boys 👍 Cheers, Brad and Deanna
