This is our second hot tub but the first from Jacuzzi. The communication from start to finish has been exceptional. Installation was smooth and the Jacuzzi Hot Tub is beautiful. Any questions I had for Jon and Hayden in sales were answered professionally and with lots of information on the operation and how to operate the new technology that is built into the tub.
Also a thank you to Kennedy for personally delivering the extra filters I had ordered.
Highly recommend
Second time buying a tub with Jacuzzi after a terrible experience with World of Spas. Prices for the J285 are reasonable, installation and delivery were seamless, and the quality on this tub is top notch. I'll buy from Jacuzzi forever if they keep upping thier game on innovation and quality.
Buying a hot tub is a major investment and selecting one can be so daunting. Jon made the whole process a smooth process. From the questions he asked me what I wanted to showing me options and ensuring that what I would be purchasing was exactly what I wanted. With the continue help with ensuring to get the right electrician. Following up when the installation was complete and a week of having the new tub, making sure I was monitoring the water and all was going well.
If you are thinking of buying a hot tub, I highly recommend Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary, they will make sure you are soaking in the best tub possible.
