Came with 2 friends to celebrate a birthday during a "spa and stay" promo. Each of us had a 90-minute Moisture Drench Body Treatment and left feeling relaxed, pampered and stress-free. Treatment consisted of a thorough dry brushing, massage with orange or lavender body butter, followed by face, scalp and foot massage while the body butter soaks in and you enjoy cocooning in your cozy burrito. They send the dry brush home with you too, which was a nice surprise! Before your treatment, you can enjoy the steam room and hot tub within gendered locker rooms. Absolutely loved my time at the Hyatt Stillwater spa! The facial was incredibly relaxing, and the whirlpool and steam room were perfect. They even had tasty snacks to enjoy. Highly recommended for a pampering day!

My massage therapist was wonderful. She checked in with me about the pressure just enough times to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I love the overall ambience and location of this downtown spa. Perfect for a mid day reprieve from the hustle and bustle of life. The change rooms are great and I’m always met with the absolute best service - they exceed all expectations and I never want to visit another Calgary spa. This is the one.
