Movement is the best clinic in town! I have been seeing Tyson for 15+ years for every minor injury and major surgery recovery I have encountered. He is a magician - addressing the root causes of an injury so you can recover properly (versus the "quick fix" that many clinics use). I am always grateful for his thorough approach and commitment to supporting me in my recreational activities and daily movement. Dave is an exceptional massage therapist, and has been a critical piece of my recovery for multiple surgeries and ongoing "preventative maintenance". Physiotherapist Lucia is excellent! I have been seeing Lucia on and off for over five years. I initially started seeing her pre-baby for pelvic floor physio, then she helped me adapt to my "new" body after having my first baby. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. She has helped my body recover from CrossFit injuries, bike crashes, and most recently, running aches and pains. Lucia is especially evil - I mean - excellent with needling. I appreciate her "no panic" attitude - when I feel like my body is letting me down, she always helps put me back together and get back to feeling good.

Physiotherapy services the way they SHOULD look. Therapists take lots of time to understand your concerns, and figure out the contributing factors instead of just treating the symptoms. 30 minutes of therapist time, extremely skilled therapists, and private rooms- no wonder everyone from Olympian’s to grandmas come to Movement Sports Clinic!
