I had an amazing experience shopping with them. I bought a pair of boots while visiting Calgary from Vancouver, but once I got home I realized the sizing wasn’t quite right. Their team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the exchange process. I shipped the boots back, and they sent me the correct size. On friday night after work (05-22-26), myself and 10 co-workers went down to get some boots for the new stampede season. A very kind gift from my boss :) I just want to express the AMAZING experience I had there. They had snacks to fuel our shopping spree. All of the staff made sure that our questions were answered and that we had a fun time picking out our new merchandise. They listen to what I liked and gave a ton of differant options until I found the right fit. I found a beautiful pair of Boulet boots and an Ariat fringe leather purse that matched the boots. I was invited to attend a private boot buying event at Stampede Boot Company, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Finding boots has always been a challenge for me because of my instep, and honestly, I usually go in expecting to struggle.
The team at Stampede Boot Company never made it feel difficult. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect pair.
