Our furbaby Jesse spent the last 3 weeks at the resort while we were away on vacation. It was his first time ever being boarded and he came back happy and healthy. He was camera shy so did not see him much on their social media accounts, but they sent photos regularly so we could see how he was doing and provided updates. Thanks for taking care of our guy!
Our dog has had a wonderful time in both the daycare and kennel. We will happily continue to use this service whenever we are out of town. The staff are friendly and experienced, the booking process is seamless.
We have boarded both our dogs at Springbank Pet Resort on numerous occasions. They are quick to reply to booking requests. One of our dogs is 17 years old. They know I worry about him and bring him up to the front reception area to hang out. They also responded to my email asking how he was doing, which was reassuring. Our golden had a “bath and tidy”with their groomer on her last stay. She looked and smelled great when we picked her up. I am pleased with the care and service we receive at Springbank Pet Resort.
