I came to Spec R on the recommendation of family, and I’m happy I did. I needed help choosing new winter tires and James graciously spent what seemed like a good 10-15 minutes taking me through the options and his recommendations. That’s a ton of time. My follow up email questions were also answered kindly and quickly. I certainly wasn’t treated this kindly when calling around to the “big name” chain stores. When I came into Spec R, all of the staff were very nice, and they mounted the tires for me on the spot, without having to drop off my car! All-in-all these guys are knowledgeable, super friendly, and very reasonable. Highly recommend!
