The veterinary service is excellent, however the reception staff need to coordinate more effectively and efficiently. Our dog requires monthly vet visits and the staff never know when the medication (which they store) is about to run out or needs to be reordered. Each month we need to go through the process of re-explaining the purpose of the visit.
We want to thank Dr. Cheyenne and all the girls for their compassion and guidance for the most difficult and heart wrenching decision we had to make yesterday regarding our sweet, head bunting fur baby Kimba. Feb. 9 will be a sad day on the calendar, we know he is in a better place with no more pain.Again thank you to everyone that has taken care of our baby. ❤️ ?⬛Darlene and Kenny
Dr. Wendy James and staff have been amazing! Our golden boy had allergies that we struggled to find a solution to. She was very thorough and transparent with the care she provides and even provided follow ups (: also affordable services for being in the city! highly recommend if your pet has allergies.
