Worked with Cheryl to coordinate our insurance claim from the August 2024 hailstorm. She was professional and helped me throughout the process. It was also great meeting her in person as well as Kimberly in the office.
I was hit by a hail storm in the middle of a conditional sale on my house. The roof needed to be replaced before possession date or the buyers financing would not be approved. I called Southern Roofing and explained my situation, they told me they would be able to complete the work in the timeline, despite it being peak roofing season. I had great communication from the project manager, roofing team, and bin company. They completely removed my stress of the situation and I was very happy with the work.
I was hit by the Hail last August 2024.
My insurance gave me multiple options of Roofing companies to choose from, and I ended up choosing Southern.
Since day 1, the whole process was perfect, with clear communication and set expectations.
Although the process of fixing your house after such an event is heart breaking, but dealing with Roanna Reinhart at the early stages made everything looks smooth and easy. She was able to answer all my questions, and make sure I get the best service available.
