We lost my cousin suddenly, and we were dealing with a very difficult situation far from home. My aunt and uncle don’t speak English, and I was helping them from out of province. Respectful, professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. This location has assisted my family with the remains of 2 loved ones over the years and the service hasn't changed - they've been courteous and professional both times, several years apart. Very helpful with the overwhelming amount of things that have to be taken care of but also conscious of the families grief. I highly recommend.
