Simply Cremations has provided more support to us in our time of need than we ever could have expected. Their professionalism and humanity helped make a painful moment in our lives into a positive experience. They were available to answer every call and every question, providing clear, honest guidance when we needed it most. We have learned what an incredible amount of work there is to do when a loved one leaves us, no matter how prepared they may have been, but the team here supported us right out of the gate. I’m from Ontario and had to come to Calgary when my brother had a bad accident. He passed away and I was referred to Simply Cremations by someone who lived there. My experience was great. Nicole was extremely helpful and very caring. She helped me navigate this very difficult time. Since coming home Melissa has helped me through the details of what steps I needed to take.
