McInnis and Holloway - Park Memorial provided exceptional direction in the care of our needs for my Mother's funeral. Absolutely everything was handled with care, class, compassion and dignity. Every person I connected with via phone, email or face to face were extremely kind and most understanding of my needs, never failing to answer all of my questions. I was never made to feel rushed or pushed away. I particularly loved their sensitive and attentive personalities. I would 100% recommend McInnis and Holloway for any or all end of life needs for your loved ones.
We recently planned a service for my father at the Park Memorial location - and the whole experience overall was as excellent as could be (due to the circumstances).All the staff there from the Funeral Director (Aaron), to the Administrators (Jennifer and Christine), to the Host Team (Madison) and all the other M&H Team members that were part of this (apologies as I can’t recall all of you wonderful people) process - it’s was truly seamless, professional, thorough, accommodating and compassionate.If you find yourself in this situation, I highly recommend the team M&H - they were fantastic all across the board.Keep up the great work.Frank C.
