Very professional and caring staff that do not tug at your heart to make you purchase or upgrade what your wishes are for your loved one! They helped with Service Canada which saved me from stressful paperwork ! The staff in the ne are very kind and I’m satisfied with my experience from them and recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After a hellish nightmare with a different funeral home, I called Simply Cremations and immediately knew I made the right call. Kurtis did everything in his power to get me and my family what we wanted and in the end, was able to us more than we could of asked. I HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone who is having to deal with such a tragic time. Kurtis really made it feel like this was mine and my families experience. I cannot praise them enough

The process went as smoothly as possibly it could, considering the turmoil and distress we were in at the time. Kurtis and Melissa were both very empathetic, warm, and professional and handled the situation with grace and dignity.
