Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. My vehicle came back perfect. For the most part I am very satisfied and would use them again. The only thing was the length of time it took. I was told 8 or 9 business days and it took 1 month and 4 days. I don’t know this industry so maybe it’s how it works ??♀️ My vehicle looks great so I would use them again

My experience with Simplicity was 5 star. My 2001 vehicle was involved in a minor fender bender. The challenge was locating parts to complete the repair. The job was at a point the insurance company was prepared to pay me for the illusive part. Marcel Cote went above and beyond and was finally able to track down the one missing part of the three required. My car looks amazing. Thank you to the entire Simplicity team.
