This is a delayed review for carpet and upholstery cleaning we had done in June of 2025. We highly recommend this cleaning company (ServiceMaster at 920 26 St NE Calgary.) We couldn’t be more pleased with how clean the technician got our (pet-stained) carpet as well as our light-coloured sofa and loveseat. The furniture needed extra care because the cushions had some down filling in them and the technician was very attentive to that. His work ethic was outstanding. So much so that I wondered if he were new to the job so going the extra mile to get everything as close to perfect as possible, or if he was a long-time employee good at what he does and attentive to detail.... read full review

Excellent service from ServiceMASTER Restore! Bob and his team were very professional and efficient. They responded quickly and replaced the broken glass door the same day. Highly recommended!

Service Master was handling my Hail damage to the exterior of my house. I did have several issues. 1. The work authorization form was poorly writen. 2. Work order does not list detail of costs. 3. Final invoice was unexpectedly increased by 5K and I was not informed of the increase or scope changes until I see the invoices. In reviewing the scope change, only one item was changed from 1sq to 4.25sq. 4. The subcontractors have poor communication on the schedule and sometimes would just show up without letting me know in advance of them coming. 5. The subcontractor that worked on the gutter had broke a bunch of my roof tile... read full review
